"The city was full of trash - even dog poop. The street sweepers in the morning helped, but trash cans along the street and more frequent trash pickup may help more. "

"The places we visited in Ercolaneo were clean, and so we're the main streets. However when we took a long walk from Ercolaneo to Torre del Greco away from the main streets, there was a lot of rubbish and dirt everywhere. The trains were not reliable at all and the public transport (buses and trains) was generally confusing and always late.
However the location is wonderful, views at Vesuvio are stunning and Ercolaneo archeological site is absolutely perfect! "

"Ercolano... Una città molto bella e affascinante con la sua storia, e le varie bellezze che la circondano; come mare, ville Vesuviane, il Vesuvio, e il simpatico mercatino del vintage. Ottime prelibatezze culinarie."
